This LIMITED WARRANTY applies to physical goods purchased from GAMINGPOWERPC.

What does this LIMITED WARRANTY cover?

This LIMITED WARRANTY covers any defects in electronics, material, and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

What will we do to correct the problems?

GAMINGPOWERPC will, at no charge, either repair the Product, using replacement parts or replace the product entirely (if unable to repair).

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from GAMINGPOWERPC is 2 years from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good, or 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this LIMITED WARRANTY not cover?

This LIMITED WARRANTY does not cover
– User errors or negligence.
– Data loss.
– Natural calamities or fluid contact.
– Third party items and software not sold by GAMINGPOWERPC.
– Third party services such as technical support services.
– Third party logistics services, such as freight purchased to send the item to us for repair.
– Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

Is my software an data covered?

This LIMITED WARRANTY does not cover any Third Party Software or End User Data. YOU MUST BACKUP YOUR DATA AND INFORMATION REGULARLY AND BEFORE SENDING IN THE ITEM FOR REPAIR. GAMINGPOWERPC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS RESULTING FROM REPAIRS OR HARDWARE MALFUNCTIONS.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you muss REGISTER YOUR WARRANTY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. Should any problems arise, contact us after the warranty has been registered so that we may determine the problem and most appropriate solution for you.
